[Elecraft] ky command not working for me

Had some time today so I started exploring some of the rigs features
(finally). Thought I'd try a bit of RTTY via the 232 with the K3 Utility- no
go. The KY; is doing nothing. Any suggestions (other than using a sound
card...).

 The TT1 & TT0 commands work which is neat and programming the macros works
also. Might I have missed something specific to RTTY and KY;? I've got the
latest manual and the developers reference.
