[Elecraft] Filter offsets

Fellow Crafters,

The subject matter on this list often gets very technical - too technical - for those of us who have their primary expertise in areas other than digital electronics and computer programming, etc.  Out here in the country, I don't have access to spectral analyzers and other test equipment.  I determine my K3 filter offsets by plumb bobbing.  20 lb. monofiliment with the ceiling fan off.
