My apologies for a late announcement. I actually took some time away 
from the computer this afternoon and just got 'round to checking email.

While Phil is otherwise occupied I'll act as third string NCS for this 
week's Elecraft SSB Net. Assistance from ops on either or both coasts 
will be appreciated to catch those stations in the skip zone around my 
Colorado QTH.
