[Elecraft] K3 Front Panel Not Working

Guy, Thanks, but don't think that's it.  I installed the new firmware several days ago and the radio worked just fine. Even this morning it was okay. I took a 3 hour break and when I returned the buttons didn't function or function correctly. I've downloaded and installed all firmware 4 times. No change.
