[Elecraft] SEMI QSK TIMING Delay

Funny, I found myself searching through the menus, looking for the VOX
Delay, and found that it is right on the front panel.

Push and hold the Speed/Mic knob.  In CW mode, it is the semi QSK delay.
 In SSB mode, it is the Vox delay.
