[Elecraft] Anderson power pole

Unfortunately, APP is not widely used in Europe, and can be expensive and
hard to find. I have always brought mine over from Dayton trips, etc.
If Chris does indeed need to replace his connector, he can e-mail me
directly, and I will drop him a pair in the local mail.
