[Elecraft] Anderson power pole

They are simple to remove, there is a special tool, but a very small screwdriver will work. 
Put it in the 'front' end, just under the contact and press the leaf spring that holds the contact in down.
Normally you'd just pull on the wire, but you'll have to use a pair of fine tweezers to pull the contact out.
