Logical observations.
Like all narrow filters, they are useful if you are doing S & P and are 
willing to tune carefully, but they can be too narrow for a run station 
where callers may not be right at zero-beat (unless you are willing to 
use RIT slowly to find them).
Dual Passband Tuning does create a quite narrow passband (a pair of them 
in fact).
