[Elecraft] Clock Accuracy

The TCXO has no relation to the K3's real-time clock, which has its  
own crystal. Neat idea, though :)  Of course the RTC is powered at all  
times, even with the rig is off, via its own 3-V battery. The TXCO is  
powered down when the rig is off.
