Yes, the PR6 can be used on the K3 with a single TX/RX antenna - if the 
KXV3 option is installed in the K3.

The PR6 is easy to place in the RX only path if the KXV3 is installed.  
The KXV3 option has RX ANT OUT and RX ANT IN connectors - the PR6 is 
normally placed between those two connectors which places in in the 
receive path, but not the transmit path.  So yes, in that case it can be 
used with a single TX/RX feedline connected to the normal antenna 
connector(s).
