[Elecraft] No K3 ALC indication

After getting pointed to the "MIC-SEL" menu item (for more than fpl/bpl), I
did change the gain to "H", and that gives me some ALC. I also tried the
bias setting, but that didn't seem to make much difference.

I see some RF output when I talk, but not much.  This SSB stuff is
complicated compared to CW!
