[Elecraft] My k2 will not stay on

Well, I had a thunder storm go through last night and now my k2 will not stay
on. It turns on for a few secs than  the self resetting fuse turns
everything off.
   I did not build the k2 so I'm afraid I dont know where to start to
trouble shoot.
