[Elecraft] K3 and N3FJP Logging

When changing bands the K3 changes to the last used mode on
the new band. ACLog and several other packages set the new
mode BEFORE they change bands (e.g., mode then frequency)
which results in "losing" the mode change.
To work with the K3, a software package should first set the
new band (frequency), then the mode and finally reset the
frequency (an artifact of enabling VFO OFS).
DXLab Suite handles the K3 very well ...
