Good Evening,
   I must admit the census this year is so efficient that I have been counted four times thus far :) I just got another visit by a census taker to be counted again. Three times by visits and once by the mail. I wonder when I will be fully counted? This census taker mentioned she had been to some houses three times and had them on her list again.
   The nets were not great today. The propagation was weaker than normal on both bands. The forty meter net was especially tough due to the seasonal storms and the solar activity. Plenty of lightning crashes made listening to my own sending tough. Twenty meters had some QSB but signals were not bad at all. However, some of the regularly strong ops were much weaker today while the normally weaker ones were stronger.

   On to the lists =>

 On 14050 kHz at 2200z:
KL7QOW - Mike - AK - K3 - 3144
K1THP - Dave - CT - K3 - 686
AB9V - Mike - IN - K3 - 398
W0RSR - Mike - CO - K2 - 5767
W0CZ - Ken - ND - K3 - 457
NO8V - John - MI - K3 - 820
K6DGW - Fred - CA - K3 - 642

 On 7045.5 kHz at 0000z:
AE6IC - Fred - CA - K3 - 2241
K0DTJ - Brian - CA - K3 - 4113
AE6IC - Fred - CA - K3 - 2241

   Hopefully the sun has injected sufficient ions into our ionosphere to improve propagation over the week. I will try 6 meters by reattaching my loop and monitoring the calling frequency. It is a fun band when it is open. I will fix my spare HF antenna so I can monitor 10 meters on another rig. Now to finish folding clothes and making my bed. The hummingbirds need to be fed before dark too.
   Until next week stay well,
      73,
         Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)
