[Elecraft] Wndows 7 Home Premium Blue Screen Crash with DM780

This is part of the reason why I have ditched HRD and gone back to Maclogger
on the Mac.  It seems to me that HRD has become too bloated and, for the
moment at least, inadequately supported.
