[Elecraft] [K3] S/N3050 RS232 port has no response

The K3 Utility tries all four RS-232 speeds, so that shouldn't matter for
the K3 Utility.  Are you giving the programs the correct COM port?

Try another cable, another computer, etc..

There is a K3 Utility Help page on Troubleshooting USB to Serial adapter
issues.

Hmmm... What are the BAUD rates for the RS232 and the K3? Do they still
match? You didn't mention that in your post.
