[Elecraft] k2 transmitt problem

 Hello all,
I have finally gotten to the final stretch of construction and have hit another snag. I had gotten the power out on all bands correct and was starting to align the filters when the VFO went out. I reworked the solder joints looking suspect on all 3 boards with no good results. I did discover the encoder had gone bad. I replaced it, aligned the filters using Spectrogram and then discovered I had NO power output on any bands! I get a HIGH CURRENT warning then .4-.5 on the display when tuning. Following the page 17 rf board vdc voltage chart all went well until I got to Q18 and Q19. Q18 G voltage rated -1.0= actual -.001 S was OK=D rated 6.3= actual 8.3. Q19 G rated 0.0= actual -.4==S rated 0.8=actual 1.7==D was ok at 8.0 vdc. Q20 checked out ok. Here I stopped and asking for suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

NOTE==Q5 needed to be checked with the bottom cover off in transmit so I did not do it. Didn't want to risk frying the finals again. I do have 13.4 vdc on the case in transmit and receive.
