No, when CONFIG: LIN OUT is set to NOR, the line out audio is fixed,
"pre fader" level for both main and sub receivers if dual rx or
diversity is selected. If only the main receiver is selected
(enabled) the right Line Out channel is quiet (other than some
minor crosstalk).
When both receivers are enabled with a 50 uV signal feeding both
receivers, the level of left (main) and right (sub) track each
other and the CONFIG: LIN OUT level.
