[Elecraft] Elecraft K3 Utility

tried test commo and got this

K3 boot loader is ready for firmware load. COM3 RS-232 speed 38400 bps

I think this means rig/computer talking to each other but still unable to load

  So try the "Test communications" button on the "Port" tab of the utility to see if 
the 'puter and K3 are in the mood.
