[Elecraft] Arctic Silver - anyone using it instead of thermal-pads?

You probably already know this, but for the archives, there is one
reason: if the active component must be insulated from ground, Bergquist
and other thermal pads will do that, but Arctic Silver, white Silicone,
and Diamond Powder won't do that.
