[Elecraft] K3 and Centurion

What's the best way to interface a K3 with a Centurion QSK amplifier? I
can run the keying through the Centurion back to the K3 (as Ten Tec
suggests), or key the K3 directly and let the TX DLY remain 008 to delay
the time RF appears relative to asserting the KEY OUT line.

I'm going to try the K3 out on 160 this weekend (during CQWW160) and will
most likely be using the Centurion amp.
