[Elecraft] K3:CW send decode on a Straight key?

Hi Robert,

Guess I'm a consistancy freak :-)

Being a fan of good old straight key handwork I personally was surprised by
the omission of decode and data-keying this way. Since the decoder is
already there it shouldn't be a new DSP eater.

Meanwhile I'm used to it and yes, you're right, more important things to
focus on....
