[Elecraft] K3: Using an Icom PW-1 Linear Amplifier

I run a PW-1 with my K3, and have decided to continue to manually change
bands on the linear. I've been very happy with the combination. Had a THP
1.5Kfx for a time, and its automatic bandswitching works well using a
properly wired cable and Yaesu settings on the amp (my K3 has had the mods
not found on earlier K3's incorporated into it by the factory, for builds
after late 2008, I believe).
