[Elecraft] K3 Audio monitor delay

no, I don't really notice it....

but the (quarter to almost 1 sec) delay while operating full duplex on 
high orbit satellites AO-10, AO-13 and AO-40 was VERY annoying and often 
made me misspeak, almost like my tongue tripped over itself.
