[Elecraft] K3 HI-TEMP ALARM

In my experience with this, the five watt calibration of the K3 was
incorrect. The gain required to set the fifty watt cal was then
incorrect.  This can cause various problems, including burning out the
low power amp, and not getting 100 watts out when 50 is calibrated.

Note that a Bird wattmeter with a 250 watt slug is NOT sufficiently
accurate at 5 watt levels.
