[Elecraft] K3 DSP board upgrades delayed

If you have a spare rig you may want to consider shipping your DSP board to
Elecraft for upgrading. Their turn around time has been excellent.

Elecraft says the upgraded DSP board exchanges are taking longer than
anticipated. If you got yours please make the exchange quickly so those of
