[Elecraft] K3 compatible Pan adaptors

If you want a fairly simple "plug, load, configure and go" there 
is the SDR-IQ with Spectravue software.  The combination uses the 
K3 IF output and provides up to a 180 KHz "window" around the K3 
operating frequency.
