[Elecraft] K3 Loses RX Audio at BW of 2.8 kHz

Bingo!

I restored my last config (from 1/20) and problem is gone..

Now I am trying to noodle over what configuration item may have changed during the beta upgrade that caused it.

At any rate, all is good now!
