[Elecraft] OT - Interesting Accident with Homebrew Vertical

N4KG used an interesting variation of this idea to feed a **grounded** tower
on 160.  He made four elevated 1/4 wave radials, attached the coax center
conductor to the radials and the shield to the tower at the same point (up
from the base several feet).  If I recall this was in previous editions of
the ARRL Antenna Handbook but I'm not sure it's in the latest edition.
