[Elecraft] K2 freq. counter

Quick question about the frequency counter. Just did that test this morning
and it read 3999.98. That's low right at the edge of the +/- .02 khz. spec.
My question is, I know that's within spec but is that typical? Or should it
normally read more towards the middle of the range?

Fortunately, doesn't look like I cooked the 4mhz crystal as I can hear it
loud and clear on 4mhz on my 706MKIIG... it's only about 50hz or so off with
C22 set in the middle. Very nice! I'm encouraged ;)
