Yes.  Its called "MicroHam MicroKeyer 2".

I do this all the time at my Icom equipped club.  The
MicroHam MicroKeyer 2 has this feature built in.  I can
drive all of the Icom CI-V accesories at our club station
using this capability.

Is there a way, or an adapter, available to connect the K3
to the CIV bus. Second
choice would be a K3 serial port to USB adapter. Are there
any special considerations
here?
