Another alternative for folks running Mac OS X or Linux is Baudline, available at 

http://baudline.com

It is free of charge, though not open source.  Do note that it has a somewhat unusual user interface (at least when compared to the typical Windows or Mac application), so some time spent reading the manual may be necessary.  It's an incredibly powerful signal analysis program.
