[Elecraft] K3/K144XV queries...

I am not 100% certain on this, John, but I believe that with K144XV 
firmware v1.02, some of its circuits are left switched on when the K3 is 
switched to other bands. I think this was in an attempt to reduce drift. 
The did not occur with the original v1.00 firmware.
