[Elecraft] Using the P3 jumpy when tuning

Bob,
I see the same thing with K3 #69 and P3 #817.  I assumed it was normal but am interested in what others are experiencing too.

When I tune the K3, the P3 display is jerky and jumpy. Is this normal?
