[Elecraft] [K3] Slightly rough CW note on rx

  Randy,

Well, it would seem the stiffener is not your problem, but I would "pop 
the top" and heck the synthesizer mounting screws for tightness anyway.

Perhaps if you can better describe "roughness" for us, it may help.
