Yes and they work VERY well for their purpose. 

Shoot even the much admired Rhombics using acres of space threw away half of
the RF if they were terminated for unidirectional operation.

  You can see one in my back yard as well, 30 ft AGL.  It's the
  best that I can do for 80m NVIS at this time.
