  Paul,

The "103" in that R-Pak says that it is a 10k unit - if the number of 
pins is correct, it is the right one.
The microphone configuration header is a dual-row header (having pins) 
that indeed mounts on the back side of the front panel board.  It has 
two rows of 8 pins each.
