[Elecraft] Using the P3 with the SteppIR in tracking mode

SteppIR makes (and describes for home brew) a splitter cable designed just
for this, don't they?

I don't have a P#, so this is pure conjecture. How about a cable from the
SteppIR 
controller DATA OUT to the P3?
