Good Evening,
    I got a report from a friend who lives closer to the Columbia River  
Gorge that the winds are howling.  Here, further down river, I am feeling  
no wind.  Living around all of these mountains means there are a variety  
of microclimates which drive the weather predictors crazy :)  I live on a  
divide between two zones: the Pacific and the Tualatin River Basin.  Often  
I can walk across the property and feel the effects of both of them.  Most  
of my snow is gone; only a few inches remain in the shade of the fir trees.
    Propagation has been good on twenty and eighty meters while not so hot  
on forty.  I am not sure why that is the case.  However we will try forty  
as usual to see how it works.  Maybe tomorrow it will be better.
