[Elecraft] New versions of K3 and P3 Utilities now available

Hello Elecrafters,

I'm happy to report that I was able to download both the new versions of the K3 and P3 Utilities without any interference from the Norton 360 anti-virus module.  I left Norton turned on today, as an experiment.

Earlier in the week, Norton blocked my download of the previous P3 version.  I had to turn it off before I could complete the download.
