You will need a 20A 13.8 VDC power supply. Of course that's peak (key down)
current. If you live in an RV you may have one handy (the battery).
The 100 watt option was designed to be removed quickly and easily if you
want to restore full QRP capabilities of the K2, including the optional QRP
antenna tuner and battery. The ATU and battery for the QRP K2 fit into the
top cover. The 100 watt amp simply replaces the top cover. A few screws and
you have either the QRP K2 or K2/100 by swapping top covers.
I have not done so, but have seen posts here of many people who drove QRO
amps with their K2/100's.
