[Elecraft] P3 fighting logging and contest programs

I'm not having any problem using LOGic 8 with the P3 connected the
same way. Have not tried N1MM yet.

I'm forwarding this directly to the P3's designer, Alan, N1AL. He'll
contact you. We're working to make sure there are no conflicts between
the P3 and external software applications.
