[Elecraft] KXV3A need RXA mod?

  Hi Raj,

We normally do not ship the RXA board with the KXV3 or KXV3a boards. 
Those boards have incorporated that circuitry since late 2008.

I just checked your records and it looks like you ordered the RXA board 
when you ordered a number of other mod kits.
