I have no problems with N1MM Logger or DXLab Suite with the K3 set
to 38.400, the P3 "Host Serial Port Rate" set to 38.400 and the
computer software set for 38.400. microHAM Router is also part
of the system and set to 38.400. Automatic data rate detection
(e.g. "auto baud") is disabled everywhere.

One can not "Y" active (polling) RS-232 circuits - one device must
be "listen only" and both the computer (logger) and P3 expect to
poll the transceiver actively.
