As long as there is SDR software that will run on the Mac I don't see
why not. LP-PAN is hardware agnostic as long as you have a pretty good
sound card in the PC or Mac.

I run my K2/100, LP-PAN combo on Linux quite a lot using Linrad.

LP-PAN is NOT LP-Bridge, a piece of software which provides virtual
serial ports to share radio data among you're logging program, SDR
program, etc.... Don't think there's a Mac equivalent for that yet but
there may be.
