[Elecraft] [P3] Problem connecting LP_Bridge through the P3 to the K3

Al,

The problem that I reported being unable to connect LP_Bridge to the K3 
passing through the P3 when it the P3 was powered on seems to be fixed 
in the P3 V0.31 beta firmware.
