[Elecraft] P3 - Hole Cover Interim Solution

A small strip of 3/4"wide Scotch Magic Tape trimmed slightly shorter than the height of the 
case, applied over the holes, solves the dust possibility until you receive your hole cover part 
and next open the P3 !
