[Elecraft] P3 rev A3 manual--print problems?

It prints end-to-end just fine here (and for the factory) Gene. Something's
weird! 

Of course you should be able to print a second "run" starting from the page
where it stopped to the end to complete the hard copy.

I've easily downloaded the P3 rev A3 manual, and can read it fine in 
Adobe Reader, Adobe Acrobat, and two Acrobat 'emulator' programs.  Is 
anyone else having a problem PRINTING the manual?  Regardless of 
which program I use, printing seems to stop in the early to mid-20's 
pages.  The same programs have no problem with the much longer K3 
manual downloads.
