[Elecraft] "monitor" toggle?

If you use the K3 Utility program, and write this macro, it should do what
you are looking for, I would think.
ML015 "ML" being the monitor command and "015" being the level of the
monitor volume. I have recently learned how convenient using and writing
marcos can be.
