Dave,
Joe does make a good point about the $99 price of such a device. And the
stick and small pad offered by X-Keys does seem to offer a possible solution
to those wanting to add macro and general function buttons to their K3. The
roadblock for me and probably many others would be how to integrate the
device into your Mac/DigiKeyer, my PC/WriteLog, another person's PC/MiwW,
etc.. Hopefully a computer savvy person will have a go at it and make the
solution available to others.
